1. No Refund Policy
All membership fees, subscription payments, program purchases, digital products, training materials, and related services are final. No refunds, chargebacks, credits, or exchanges will be issued for any reason unless otherwise required by applicable law.
2. Professional Conduct Required
Members are expected to maintain a respectful and professional environment at all times. Harassment, bullying, discrimination, threats, hate speech, abusive language, intimidation, or disruptive behavior toward members, administrators, moderators, or guests will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal without notice or refund.
3. No Unauthorized Promotion or Solicitation
Members may not advertise, promote, market, recruit for, or solicit business for external companies, products, services, programs, social media accounts, investment opportunities, or competing communities without prior written approval from management. Unauthorized promotional activity may result in immediate removal from the platform.
4. Community Updates
Official community updates, announcements, and informational content are generally provided every two (2) days unless otherwise determined by management. Update schedules may be modified, delayed, accelerated, or suspended without prior notice.
5. Communication Policy
Official member support and community-related communications are conducted exclusively through Telegram. Members are responsible for maintaining access to Telegram and monitoring communications sent through designated channels.
6. Right to Remove Membership
Management reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the app, community, or any related services at its sole discretion for violations of these guidelines or conduct deemed detrimental to the community.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, joining, or participating in First Class to Wealth Society™, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms and community guidelines.
